Meama Collect - HR Manager

Main responsibilities:

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle (posting vacancies, selecting candidates, conducting interviews);
  • Organizing the adaptation and onboarding process for new employees;
  • Planning and implementing internal HR processes and policies;
  • Managing employee evaluation and development processes;
  • Coordination of internal communications and support of organizational culture;
  • Management of employment contracts, personal files and HR documentation;
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws;
  • Preparing HR analytics and reporting for management.

Desired qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an HR Manager or HR Specialist (preferably in the Food & Beverage field);
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation;
  • Practical experience in recruiting and personnel management;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Organization and attention to detail;
  • Maintaining high standards of confidentiality;
  • Knowledge of English.
